Shielding sleeve came into being at the right moment. The outer layer of the protective sleeve is a layer of textile, which has a good flame retardant effect after special treatment. Even if it is ignited by naked flame, it can extinguishes in just a few seconds to prevent the flame from continuing to spread. The flame retardant performance meets the requirements of the German rail transit industry DIN 5510 standard S4 level, the smoke density during combustion is SR2 level,it does not drip during combustion, conforms to the level of ST2.The smoke toxicity is also in a very low range. The abrasion resistance is tested according to ISO12947, shielding sleeves will not break after it is rubbed more than 50,000 times, which can well protect the internal shielding net layer and signal lines from being scratched.
The inner layer of the cable shielding sleeve is a shielding layer, which is a mesh layer woven with tinned copper wire, which can isolate and absorb complex external electromagnetic signals and prevent them from affecting the signal transmission of the internal signal lines.
The Emi shielding sleeve is easy to use and simple to operate. During construction, first disassemble the grounding wire stitched on the shielding net, install one end of the grounding wire with a terminal of the corresponding specification, and use it for grounding. The shielding net uses metal wires, which can be bent at will. In the actual use, the signal line (single or multiple strands) is completely wrapped in the shielding net to closely fit the signal line. Finally, the shielding net and the signal line are wrapped with the outer fabric, and then the fabric will be assembled with zippers or velcro, which is convenient and quick.
