Braided sleeves are mainly made of eco-friendly PET, nylon, PPS monofilament.
Because of its characteristics of good flexibility, flame resistance and abrasion resistance,convenient
operation, braided looms are widely used in computer power cords, audio and video cables, lighting, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines and other household appliances, as well as optical cables, motorcycles, automobiles, airplanes, etc.
The braided sleeves can be divided into the following categories according to the manufacturing method and usage
1.Split braided wire loom
It is woven from PET monofilament and multifilament. The cut and roll style is convenient for operation and suitable for installation and uninstallation in double-ended closed occasions. Instead of the corrugated condiut, the noise caused by plastic friction can be well avoided.
2.Self closing braided wrap
It is made of PET monofilament & Polyester fiber, the split design is convenient for operation and application in irregular shapes, suitable for installation and uninstallation in double-ended closed occasions. The extremely soft material provides good shock absorption and sound absorptionm. It can be used to replace wire loom.
3.Heat Shrink Braided Sleeving
Heat shrinkable braided sleeving is made of Polyolefin and Polyester. The soft and heat-shrinkable material is suitable for the automotive industry and various nonstandard shapes. The soft and thick outer wall can be used in harsh environments. Can provide vibration reduction and noise reduction effects.
4.Expandable tubing
It is made of PET,PA,PPS monofilament, with a 150% expansion ratio, expandable sleeving can be quickly and easily put on the wire. Mainly used for wire and cable bundling and protection in industry.
With UV protection and chemical properties, it is resistant to most chemicals and soluble substances. It is light and soft, and it is convenient for construction with excellent anti-friction properties and flame retardant properties. It is widely used in the wiring of various electrical appliances such as automobiles, airplanes, optical fibers, computers, HDMI lines, DVI lines, power cords, wires, cables, earphone cords, audio, etc.
