Is the terminal block connected properly or only connected to one end?
Nov 29 , 2023Is the terminal block connected properly or only connected to one end? The following figure shows a bit of vibration of terminal block strip. Previously, the wire was connected at both ends, and the screw on one end was often shaken loose or even shaken off. Resulting in poor wire contact, equipment shut down without reason.
This time, the equipment was stopped due to loose screws, so I stripped the wire end and twisted the corresponding wire together, only connecting one end of the screw terminal (as shown in the figure above). Because both ends of the terminal block are through, the wire is peeled long, so the wire can press two screws. Even if one screw is loose and another screw is pressing down, both screws are loose, and the thread ends are screwed together.
In this way, the phenomenon of loose and poor contact of the wire should not occur.
