Problems and solutions when shrinking heat shrinkable tubing(1)
Xiamen MJ Industrial Tech Co., Ltd. has been producing and selling for more than ten years, and has experienced many product upgrades and severe market competition. Our company can survive till now, relies on the good quality and low price of our products. Of course, we dare not say that the quality of heat shrinkable tubing is better than that of major brands such as Changyuan and Woer, but the cost-effectiveness of our products has been unanimously recognized by everyone. In so many years of sales experience, we have sorted out some problems reported by customers. Today, we will tell you about the problems and solutions when shrinking heat-shrinkable tubing.
The problem when shrinking heat shrinkable tubing and its solution 1: The heat-shrinkable tubing sticks to each other and causes holes when moving.
This situation is caused by environmental temperature, long-term stacking, and failure to do packaging work properly.
The heat-shrinkable tubing of MJ is usually packaged in rolls, and we will wrap a layer of film outside the heat-shrinkable tubing to achieve a block effect. And it is recommended that the ready-produced and packaged heat shrinkable tubing be placed on the corrugated board in an order to prevent it from sticking and causing holes.
The problem when shrinking heat-shrinkable tubing and its solution 2: The length is too long, and it is bubbly when heated and shrinked.
Except for a small number of product quality problems, it is generally caused by improper operation techniques and internal air retention. When the length of the heat shrinkable tube that needs to be heated and shrinked is too long, such as more than 50 cm, it cannot be heated at will to be shrinked. It should be unilaterally heated and moved uniformly from one end to the other, shrinking slowly so that all the air inside is gradually evacuated, or heating from the middle to both sides is fine.
The problem of shrinking heat-shrinkable tubing and its solution 3: The stretching of heat-shrinkable tubing.
Heat shrink tubing shrinks by heating, not only the diameter changes from thick to thin, but also the length is shortened to a certain extent. Generally, the stretching of the heat shrinkable tube is controlled within about 5%. If you require a lower stretching rate, then you need to customize it. There is also a stretching problem of heat shrinkable tubing, that is, the shrinkage length is different. In this case, you should first heat the two sides to make it custom-made shrink, and then heat the middle.
