Black with Yellow Inner Liner Burst Guard Nylon Hose Double Sleeve
The Burst Guard Nylon Hose Sleeve features a two-layer structure specifically designed to aid in the burst of high-pressure hydraulic lines that has three times the density of a typical sleeve.
A minimum burst test of 6,000 psi, the strong and durable nylon polyamide material will work in high vibration, abrasion, and weather resistance environments.
The burst protection sleeving will help protect both workers and equipment in line-of-sight situations from the effects of hydraulic oil released under high pressure.
With a yellow nylon/polyester inner layer that serves as a damage alert, it has a thick, black nylon outer layer that is incredibly strong and flexible.
This smooth-bore sleeve can be quickly fitted over cables, springs, chains, or hoses and fastened with band clamps or nylon cable ties.

Burst Guard Double Nylon Sleeve is a Polyamide (PA) hose option. This is MJ's heaviest performance safety hose sleeve; specially designed for high abrasion, weather resistance and controlling hose bursts to protect workers, equipment, and the environment in line of sight operations. It is resistant to diesel, transmission fluid, engine oil and coolant.This hose sleeving will keep workers safe, as well as protect environments and machinery from hydraulic hose oil leaks and spills.
