Silicone Coated Fiberglass Heat Shielded Fire Sleeve
Fire sleeve is made of high-bulk glass fiber and covered with thick iron oxide red silica gel.It can prevent molten iron from splashing without being damaged by high temperature and flame.
It has the characteristics of flame retardant, thermal insulation, heat preservation, electrical resistance and flexibility.
These special characteristics make it suitable for protecting hoses, cables and pipe conduit in harsh environments.
It can be continuously exposed to the high temperature of 1350℃ without being damaged, and can withstand high temperature of 1600℃. The destructive test at 1600℃ can last for half an hour. After half an hour, the outer coating begins to be carbonized and the glass fiber is in perfect condition.
Fire proof sleeve in additon to effectively prevent personnel from being burned and injured by high heat pipelines, it can also greatly save the cost of heat energy loss.
